Hiking has always intrigued me, but my fear of heights gave it an extra mental challenge. Because of that, after completing a day of hiking I find myself feeling proud of my accomplishment, and those adventures usually become the most memorable. In this book I present a collection of photographs and stories from my hiking experiences. Whether trekking in the slippery terrain of the Tonkinese Alps or strolling across the sand dunes of Seilebost Beach, these adventures have been some of my favorites. I hope to provide my readers with not only my personal experiences, but also information about each place and perhaps some inspiration to plan their own visit. For it’s never too late to try something new.

The world is vast and it is calling. Time to hike it out.
